Going back on their word! buyer beware!

buyer beware! was working on a deal and they asked for a deposit. i specifically asked two people present if i was going to get my deposit back if the deal didn't happen. They told me and i quote "of course, we are not here to keep your money". Needless to say, deal did not work out and i got a piece of paper back for store credit towards a new car purchase. While there I was also offered 5.9% financing with my 748 credit score! Got much lower rate elsewhere and $3,000 more on my trade in. Bad Experience.

86th Chevrolet 1682.00 worth of damage!!

Had my car serviced by 86th Chevrolet in Brooklyn Ny and when I picked it up after 5 days it had 1682.00 worth of damage to it. Called Gm customer service and they did nothing! Gm roadside assistance who towed my car did nothing- no help no resolve had to put a claim in on my own insurance to get it fixed. Chevy sucks their customer service sucks and Gm roadside assistance sucks! Make sure when you go to the dealer you have then sign that there is no damage to your cat coming in! Or you will be screwed  when u leave. Learn from my mistake. STAY AWAY FROM 86TH CHEVROLET! Bad customer service .

Refused to issue a refund.

Left a $500.00 dollar deposit for a new car purchase of a 2008 Chevy Cobalt in Imperial Blue Metalic at 86th Street Chevrolet Brooklyn, NY 11228. Dealer was not able to locate car in the color that I requested and tried to sell me a different color car. After 2 weeks and I asked for a refund. Dealer refuse to refund my $500 deposit. I reported this to the BBB and to Chevrolet Main office but still have not recieved my $500 deposit. Howevver I was able to purchase the same car in 3 days from another chevy dealer.
