We got drinks, cake, and bread on our way home from 85 Degrees at 1302 W Plaza Blvd, National City. We were really excited about the drink, but on our way home, we realized one of the orders was missing boba.
We paid 75 cents extra just to get boba, which my brother was excited about, and we didn't get it, so he complained all about it on the way home. Very disappointed with this visit.

She called Dec 31 at 5:30 pm that there is no Tiramisu cake. Only options are mango or refund.
When I threatened to complain, she said to come next day for my cake. Employee Elise also must be retrained in customer serv
