802 Waterproofing

I hired 802 Waterproofing to fix my basement in Milton VT in October 2018 and they did an excellent job. They are knowledgeable, efficient, professional and honest.

It's my understanding that they are three guys who formed their company in 2018 after their former employer went out of business.

I'm a single older woman and they didn't talk down to me or try to rip me off. I used to be a business reporter for the Burlington Free Press and I don't believe any of the defamatory and libelous charges in the previous post on this site.

Disaster! Hiring them was a big mistake!

We hired them to waterproof our basement and they showed up 5 days late, they clearly were drinking and were using homophobic language while in our house. We asked the owner, Ray, to please stop the language.

On the second day, our neighbors called us to say thst the workers were smoking marijuana in our back yard as they could smell it. We went into the basement and we could clearly smell marijuana and asked them to stop immediately. We were vonfronted by Ray and another worker claiming that “pot is legal in Vermont”....they became very angry and started screaming that we could “Shove our basement up our ***

The work was about as pathetic as the atitude we were given..they collapsed out 45 foot b

While jackhammering our floor, something we were very concerned about the cinder block walls. These *** caused a block wall to collapse and caused significant damage to our house. The worst part of the whole thing is that the dummies just left the job site and never told us!!

At first they pretended to have not noticed, when they saw we werent buying that lie, they changed it around to blame us by saying that We, the homeowner assumes the risk!

We are so angry! These guys are idiots! They are drug users and alcoholics! Now our lawyer tells us that Ray Gingras, their owner is going to jail for {{redacted}}!

Please do your research and insist on seeing their physical office!

Watch out for these Guys! They are terrible and all screwed up!
