Will not respond to account cancellation requests does not provide any way to self-cancel an account. Phone support just tells you to email and provides no other options. Have emailed 7 times over 10 days asking to cancel and they do not respond. Do they figure people will give up on canceling and just allow them to charge the payment method forever? There is no way to conclude anything else. If they actually wanted to provide a non-scam service they would allow people to cancel anytime they wanted, or they would make it easy. However, it appears they just ignore the requests and make their customers do a bunch of aggravating work to get their bank/CC to stop future payments and issue chargebacks etc. What a joke.
