Exchange
Almost no one would go to Tucson, Az in August with th temp well over 105?daily. I exchanged a week in Waikiki, Hawaii.
Also. there was no description of amenties, included. It seems it was miles from Tucson and more like a small hotel on a golf course. There was 61 availabilies which tells me that it isnt very popular.
7Across has had my weeks for months. When it was Dae I had lovely exchanges. Is this what is happening. Also I had exchanged last year for Scottsdale.
Again in the heat of the summer.
At the last minute I was switched to another place, a hotel room miles from the downtown area with no resort amenities from a well known resort downtown with walking distance to old town and Malls. Whats happening?

Company should see who the member is
If he is a senior citizen immediate help should be given
Also persons who have cheated the senior citizen must b arrested and refund should b given also compensation b given for tension given to senior citizen
All his bookings must b promptly done as he has only few years of life left

Upon reviewing your account, we have observed that you have not utilized any vacation services through 7Across. Please note that 7Across has not collected any membership fees from you. The payments you have made were directed to our affiliate, Country Vacations.
Regarding your inquiry about a holiday with 7Across, you contacted us on May 2, 2024, requesting an exchange holiday in Singapore. We informed you that we do not have any timeshare properties in Singapore, which prevents us from offering an exchange holiday there. Nevertheless, recognizing your value as a member, we offered alternative rental options in Singapore.
