I connected them as soon as I receive a email from them saying that I just purchased to 7-11 online orders to my card and when I seen the address where it went to and they keep saying the will get back with me within 24 hours and have not.

Dangerous on the road

Leaving my kids school after drop off when a 7 Deuce truck ran through the stop sign at the corner the schools are on and sped through the entire school zone. They have posts on their Facebook page about slowing down for them when they are working, but then ignore stop signs and school zone speed limits.

Dangerous driver!!!

This company is dangerous on the road. I was sitting in traffic behind a motorcycle accident and attempting to merge to get around it. This driver cut me off, swerved around other drivers, sped up and cut across three lanes to get to the accident. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY DRIVER ON THE ROAD!!! Stop putting others in danger just to try to get a job!!!

Be very careful if you have to deal with this towing service. After my accident the tow truck brought my truck to 2920 Collision Center. I never told him that I intended to do my repairs through this shop, but this is also the place he uses for vehicle storage. He threw a form in front of me that apparently authorized the collision center to do all the repairs on my truck. There are all kinds of fees associated with changing this, which I had to pay just to get my truck back under my control. My insurance is going to cover the fees, but this is a terrible practice. I personally believe that the tow truck company and the collision center are intentionally preying on people that have just been involved in a stressful situation. The collision center only has like 2 bays, but has a ton of cars parked within its gates. I have a feeling that situations like mine are their primary source of income, especially after reading tons of reviews pointing out how slowly they actually do collision repair services. I would advise that you completely avoid this place if you can, but definitely don't sign anything from the tow truck driver or the collision center before you talk with your insurance about the path you want to take.

Clearly a friend or relative of the 7 Deuce owners, if not the owner himself. We all know how wrecker drivers earn their money - it's one step from being illegal, and preying on distraught and scared people is one very *** way for you to make money.

I have only ever used this wrecker service after I have had bad service from other wreckers. I have never had any issues with them.

If you know what a "Bay" means at the collision center this sounds more like you are a wrecker driver trying to give bad reviews to another company.

Shame on you. 7 Deuce is amazing and the only company I trust!!

No one wants to be in an accident, but you bet your butt next time I am in one that I am calling 7 Deuce Towing again! As I was leaving work, I was hit by a guy running a red light. There was an off-duty officer that pulled over to help me. He stayed on the scene till a wonderful man by the name of Jason Lang arrived with 7 Deuce. It took over an hour (thanks to 5pm traffic) for my husband and responding officers to arrive on the scene. During that time, Jason kept track of how I was feeling and noting any changes to my condition. As it happens, I was deteriorating and HE could see that I was not doing so well. He told my husband when he got there about how my condition had been verses what it was becoming. My husband and I made the decision to have me taken to the hospital. My husband asked Jason to tow our vehicle to the nearest dealership and Jason even helped him unload my belongings into my husbands vehicle. Jason took it all from there. He was even nice enough to follow up and check on me (which most wrecker companies don't do btw)! I swore then if I ever needed a wrecker after that, 7 Deuce was the ONLY ones that would be touching my car. Not too soon after that, my father needed them as well! I can not tell you how great it is to be able to trust someone not only with your vehicle, but your well being as well!

Pressured me into using their body shop

They were too eager to sell me their services right after I got into a major accident and was still disoriented. After my car was taken to a lot that I did not approve of, they did not take my car key or allow me to get my belongings out of the car prior to the car being taken away. I had to travel for work the following week, and they did not work with me AT ALL to allow me to get to my car prior to having to leave town for business travel. Ultimately 7 deuce towing led to 1+ week delay in me getting my car to the insurance company and getting compensated for my totaled car. 7 deuce is not a customer service oriented business.

You are responsible for contacting your insurance and following up. NOT the wrecker service.

They tow a totaled car to their storage lot. They have always taken care of me and others I know.

As they are the only company I refer anyone too. Your lack of communication with your insurance is on you.

You are ultimately responsible for choosing who you use as a body shop. I know that in the accident that I had, not ONE single person from 7 Deuces ever told me that they had a body shop or even knew someone that did. As a consumer, you need to know your rights and also hold yourself responsible for your mistakes.

Jason Caus requested cash only and refused to supply a receipt. Why would a reputable towing service refuse? Obviously he is a rip-off artist. (who by the way will be charged and has been reported as such) Time and time again he assured me that he would drop off a receipt...Almost three weeks later, no receipt. Funny that he doesn't have a physical address for his towing service. This guy offered body work...who on earth would allow him to do anything further with an auto? Beware, this guy at 7 Deuce towing is a crook. Three hundred dollars under the table and over charged...what a ***. Court and suspension seems to be in the cards for this sly operator...it's only a matter of time!

Jason is not a honest person at all. This guy is a rip off.

This companies drivers are dangerous driving down and meeting with no emergency lights are on at very high speed through a school zone no less. Then the driver was tailgating other drivers and going easily double the speed limit down Spring Cypress Road.

They are very dangerous drivers. Had one run a red light on FM2920 that was red for quite some time at full speed.

They always drive like traffic laws do not apply to them. They try to paint this Christ like image on their facebook page but they do care about the people they almost kill while driving wildly.
