I rate this cause i dont know how this ended up charging my account. Though the customer service was easy and rep was nice, that calmed me down.
Dont know how this was on my account charging my credit card. But to cancel was easy! Thank goodness

I called to close my account
The representative kept pushing at me to
Keep It open with lower pricing etc. i stated I wanted it closed and all of a sudden the call started fading as if he were hitting his mute button on and off you could almost hear it happening.
And then all of a sudden he wasnt answering anymore. Meanwhile my account was not closed.
To say it was unprofessional would be an understatement. Poorly handled Oscar.

Account cancellation
Attempted to cancel after 3 days and was not able tokept getting a something went wrong message. Then they attempted to take monthly fee out of my account yesterday. I had already contacted my bank about it so the transaction was declined, but it needs to be cancelled so there are no further attempts to take money.

Canceling my account
Please cancel my account effective immediately! I have already contacted my bank and any further attempt to take funds from my account will be declined!
I attempted to cancel this account 3 days after signing up and was unable to do so. Cancel this NOW!!!

Charges on my card
You guus need to refund all the money over the last like 8+ months that has been taking out of my account i never use you guys an dont plan too. You guys *** is a joke idk who used my card to sign up but im 99.9% sure it wasnt me..

I want a refund!
I did not sign up for this service. Judging from reviews nobody else does either.
I want a refund immediately for all the charges on my statement. I also want my subscription stopped immediately.
I will make sure the BBB knows about this as well as everyone I know. I am a veteran and am sick of getting taken advantage of.

Straight robbed.
Pay 1$ supposed to refund my 1$. Never happened.

Still charging me months after I cancelled
I cancelled my service back in July it was only suppose to be active until July 11th Im still being charged monthly I called last month and this month they refused to give me my money back said it has to go to their manager Im furious oh and they also keep trying to tell me I didnt cancel my service which I did and I have an email for proof of that cancellation
