A mistake, the previous review was NOT for 5minskin
This has been the worst experiences I have had with ordering on line. You asked me to rate them from 1 to10, but didn't give me the opportunity to rate them as below 1.
I thought I was reviewing Pissed Consumer, which is a great service, of the other hand 5min skin needs to be reported for the way they do business. I do not want to be charged for something I didn't purchase
What I want to know is how you have stayed in business.

Was trying to return a device to 5MinSkin and accordingly I sent an email to Pissed Consumer as I was instructed, but I never heard from 5MinSkin, so I will have my credit card company simply not pay them; I will contest the charge until they respond to me

You took care of my first problem, but now I have another problem. I just received my statement, and it says I owe them $198.85 for merchandise I never ordered not did I receive it.
Please continue to help me.
I don't know how you know to help someone like me, but I certainly appreciate there is a voice out there for the consumer.

BEWARE. This device didnt work for me. I followed the return process and it was approved but Id didnt get my refund and now the company is not responding to me when I ask when I can expect it.

The product stopped working very quickly, and I received no support from the company. I bought the product a year ago.
I used it every week for two months and then about once every two weeks. The hair is still there; it doesn't work well, and on top of everything, now it's not working at all!
I contacted the company, and they said that they will not fix it or replace it. Don't waste your money, buy something else.

I do not even have the product. Along with the price is suppose to be sixty.dollars/.I am being charged 139 dollars??? No respone,.the phone number cannot be completed at this time.
