Request for a refund
518 kitchen Is a pre-made food and delivery service that I recently purchased a large order from. When opening the box, the first thing we noticed was the strong sour smell coming from inside of the box.
Upon inspecting a little further, we noticed there was no ice inside, making the inside of the box and all of the contents extremely warm and unsafe to eat. I immediately called the customer service phone number but got the answer machine. I tried calling back several times but ended up having to leave a message.
I then proceeded to email the company. There response back was that this was impossible and basically called me a lier.
I emailed them back and got no response.
I have since sent 4 more emails and have yet to receive anymore correspondence from them. I spent over $150 and would like a refund please.
