Lost and found complaint
On approximately January 6, 2024 I had taken the B 13 towards Gateway Mall and Spring Creek. I left my bag on the bus which was to the bus depot address 669 9 Fresh Pond Rd.
located in Queens. I immediately called 511 To see what are the next steps in retrieving my lost item /bag .
I called 511 3 times to be reassured that it was at the location that she had claimed it was on what was the bus depot on fresh Pond Road unfortunately, I couldnt go get it as soon as possible due to transportation. I reside in East New York and thats where I was taking a bus figured it was a bus depot closer but no my item was spun to the queens location and watch it may have took me a little longer to get in route to , retrieve , my belonging/ bag .
