Unable to see my photos and other photos
I regularly have the problem of not seeing my photos or of others. Today I posted a photo which I cannot see but I got notifications from others about the photo but I cannot see their photos.
This happens to me all the time.
I am a paid member and I think this kind of service is not acceptable from a so called Premier photographic site. You cannot contact them.
No Phone Support/emails not answered, because have a complaint they blocked me in forum/group chats
To add to this now they for no reason at all decided to lock my account with all my personal professional photos and due to this I am pursuing them and as well reporting them to BBB and other complaint handling agencies in order to get my personal belongings back from them.
at first got a reply for help but the question was not answered by the reply, says sent emails calling me a liar by saying I did not send emails and they said yes we sent you a one reply message to the second email sent three weeks later and refuses to help me. Question was: Some how one of my photos duplicated itself, took off all its tags by it self then took the description off and finally after awhile started getting likes which is odd because it also turned itself private................I looked at All Photos has 173 and Public has 172.

To add the photos to your Public Profile, go to "Manage Photos" and just drag and drop the photos from the tab "All Photos" to the tab "Public". Here are a few helpful links: https://support.500px.com/hc/en-us/articles/22747****-What-is-the-difference-between-All-Photos-and-Public- https://support.500px.com/hc/en-us/articles/20470****-How-do-I-upload-photos- If you upload via your Photo Manager (https://500px.com/manage/public), you are given two options: If you have selected All Photos, the upload button will read "Upload to Library". In this case, images will remain private. If you have selected Public, the upload button will read "Upload to Profile".
In this case, images will be added to your 500px profile and added into Fresh. If you delete this image, it will be removed from your profile as well as Fresh. However, if you have uploaded via the home Upload button in the top right hand corner of your screen, your uploads will be added to both your All Photos and Public folders. These images will also be added to Fresh.
