I took a loan out for 600 the pay back 180 a total of 780. I payed off the loan and noticed a 23.40 fee that was never mentioned when I called my pay off in.

I received a call from someone saying nothing on who they were from 500fastcash. Only something there was a issue!!

They are really bad loan service. What they put in your contract is not what your pay off is

Refered to lenders from montels lil money making *** "loans" ect. To make him richer only to put the people who needed the help the most in the poor house even more! Your "ALL"scammers, very "SAD"!!!

I need this for bills

I was sick and couldn't afford my full payment on the due date. I let them know in advance I could pay my full balance on my next payday.

They still tryied for 3 days to debt my checking account, and this forced me to close my checking account. They couldn't wait one *** week. These people are rediculouse. Be resonable people do get sick.These people cost me everything I had in my savings on overdraft fees.

I would have paid them everything in 7 days people are so impatient.

On top of it they now do not except money orders. wtf

I had agreed to set amount and they ended up taking over 1000.00 out of checking acct. I don't think this is right and fair.

I even had my acct. Frozen because of them. I think this company does shady business and that they should be stopped. Has this happened to any other persons out there?

If so a class action suit needs to start. When a company says you can pay a certain amount and you agree, then that should all that's taking out. They took over 800. More than what was agreed on.

If this has happened to you then. Contact BBB and file complaint and file on every complaint place poss.

Ok went through 500 fast cash for a payday loan. They will automaticaly take $45 out of your account every 2 weeks which does not come off your loan balance.

They say its for a service fee. You have to call 3 days before your next payment date to tell them you want to pay it in full but they will still charge the $45 on the date you pay it in full. They did put this in the contract in extremely small lettering. They set up the payment plan themselves just to screw everyone out of money.

When we called to get issue resolved they extremely rude on the phone, that includes the manager. On top of that when you ask to talk to a manager they will not transfer you and say they will call you back in 24 hours but start arguing to talk to a manger some how one is available and its the only one they have, weird I think. I would strongly suggest everyone go through a different company, there are plenty out there and I will do some research and tell you which ones have the least amount of fee's. This one is extremely expensive and if you're already having trouble with finances they only make it worse for you to get caught up at all.

I hate 500 fc cash they contstantly call my employer after i advised them not to . how can you attempt to collect on late fees when the account was settled .

They are the biggest pieces of *** i ever met in my life. I will never ever do another pay day loan again . I have made a complaint about them a formal complaint hopefully they will lose their license . The last rep i spoke to Carrie was the rudest person that i ever spoke with in my life.

I finally told her that according to the FDCPA if i place it in writing for you not to call me and you continue that she can be fined .

I am so pissed that I signed up to get a loan from this company. The only reason I took this loan was because I needed money to pay my bills.

and when I received the loan I did just that but when it was time to pay them back for the laon they were taking more money form me then the amount that I borrowed.

they have this amount that they take out called a services hard and if you add more money on that service charge you will be paying back over the amount you borrowed. dont trust them
