Missing Parts - Horrible
Horrible experience. They advertise an items and ship missing parts, later when you finally are able to contact them, you have to pay for the missing parts. Horrible Seller !
User's recommendation: Do Not buy
Item return, wrong item
Ordered 26" steps received 30". Trying to exchange.
They want me to pay to swap. Shipping cost more than the item I purchased

I purchased (2) tires through Amazon - as part of the purchase, I was given the option to mail direct to my house or mail to your preferred installer. I have paid for the tires.
I had an appt on Jun 30 for install only no tires arrived.
I have done all the work on my end in filing the claim, etc. I have been back to the installer and even checked other tire stores in the vicinity.
In working with a Tiffany in customer service I have become extremely exasperated - mostly with the half truths and argumentative posture she takes when asked a simple question.
In her email she said they needed 7 to 10 working days - I gave you 11 working days - over 2 weeks and when I had not heard anything (which was my expectation) I called Tiffany. Again the arguing pursued - 7 to 10 is an estimate .. 4 Wheel shipped you the tires / when in fact when ordering thru Amazon I was asked to ship to my home or your preferred installer - unfortunately I chose the later.
When I asked Tiffany for the company name because every time I call the person answering says hello - again an argument - I always answer 4 wheel online ..
Anyway, first and foremost I am dissatisfied with your tire program through Amazon - if you arent controlling the preferred installers - then who is and why as a customer am I left hanging out to dry??
I have made calls and done more work in trying to locate the tires 4 wheel supposedly shipped than anyone in your company. I have checked tire companies in vicinity of the one used, I called the installers nearest branch store to see if they got shipped to the wrong store.
Here it is over two weeks after my tires should have been installed and I was told by Tiffany today that when Fed Ex processes your loss claim, then and only then will I hear anything back from 4 Wheel.
Again I ask - who is controlling your installer program and why not warn your customers if they choose the sellers install program thru Amazon, 4 Wheel is not responsible for loss or damages??? That is the crux of Tiffanys explanation why my claim sits in limbo.
I do regret I ever did business with 4 wheel -
- Easy to order thru amazon
- Fail to shop orders and claim processing non-existent
Preferred solution: Full refund

If you don't mind getting the wrong parts & if you never a refund, shop here!
4wheelonline sent the wrong size wheels. After 10 days, 6 phone conversations with them, and repeated broken promises, I still have not received an RMA.
It's clear at this point, 4 wheelonine has no intention of allowing me to return the incorrect wheels they shipped.
If you don't mind getting the wrong parts & if you never ever want any chance of getting a refund, 4wheelonline is you kind of shopping experience.
I should have checked and found their horrible reviews. However, I bought the wheels through Walmart.com and wrongly believed Walmart would stand behind their 3rd party retailer, they will not.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Poor Service
After finally finding what I really liked I spoke with Steve the salesman. We put together a deal and ordered.
They took the money right away. This was a Thursday. Monday I get a call saying the wheels I wanted someone placed an order right before mine so they were no longer in stock. So after some time we picked new wheels.
After a week of no contact at all from Steve, I finally called in. He stated that the warehouse had made another mistake and they are having another issue with the wheels. At this point he could care less that we would cancel the order.
I demanded a refund. I would never do business this way.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Poor customer service
Spent 1100 on a set of dropstar wheels. They have only been on my truck for a month.
The finish is already wearing on two of the wheels. The wheels have a 1 year warranty on the finish. So I called 4wheelonline customer service. They said, well we don't know what you put on your wheels to make it do that.
They want me to take the wheels off, send them back to them. So they can send them off to the manufacture to get credit. I sold my stock wheels because I didn't expect my wheels finish to come off after a month. And mind you I'm meticulous and have my truck professionally cleaned and it's not because of any persons wrong doing.
Well, I contacted TIS wheels and thank god they have excellent customer service and are going to ship me two new wheels and ship the bad ones back. 4wheelonline wanted me to remove my wheels, and if I needed two wheels in the meantime I could purchase two more.
Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Order from somewhere else that will take care of it's customers and not just take their money and tell them they are sol and blame it on you.
Idiots and shysters
Avoid these *** at all costs. Sent me the wrong item and expected me to pay for a return until I complained to Amazon.
Sent it back and after nearly a week no refund. NO help from their so called customer service Filed a claim with Amazon.
In my 85 years on this planet never dealt with such a rude, incompetent anti- customer outfit in my time.,
Boycott this sleazy company
4Wheelonline Shipping Service Review
Ordered Rancho shocks for 2000 Silverado...they sent shocks for the previous model. I had to pay to ship the wrong shocks back and pay to ship the correct shocks.
Plus they bent me over for a 25% restock charge.
After many calls to customer service they still wouldn't make it right. This company SUCKS.
4Wheelonline Customer Care Review

4wheelonline - Defective Part Review from Valdivia, Los Rios Province
They sent me a defective part and would not take it back because I had mounted the pre-runner and then noticed the defect. I was told I should have read there return policy before installing the part.
My fault here is not in failure to read the return policy but in assuming the part they had sent me was not warped.
Matt the customer service manager was horribly rude and when frustrated with my questions he hung up on me. The money you save is not worth the chance at a defective part and the BS customer service.
Shipped wrong part then charged restock and call tag fee
I used their website part selection tool to find the part number for ordering. The part number the selection tool indicated was the wrong part when received. I returned wrong part for exchange for correct part. Was charged for replacement until original was returned. When issued credit for returned part they deducted 15% restocking fee and a $19 call tag fee. Called the company and they refused to credit the restocking and call tag fee. Their excuse was, the online part selection tool was a link to manufacturer supplied information and not their responsibility, and if I needed assistance ordering I should have called them. They told me I needed to call the manufacturer and try to get the money from them. I told them the information was on their website so it should be their responsibility. I also told them, because they had the selection tool, I didn't know I needed assistance ordering and ordered the part number indicated by the tool.
Their final position - They shipped the part I ordered period. I am responsible for restock and call tag fee.
My final position - The people at 4wheelonline.com are thieves and don't care one bit about their customers or customer service.

We apologize, but there appears to be some confusion. To control costs, and offer products at a lower price than we would otherwise, we do not offer free returns for customer order errors.
However, if we shipped out a different product than what was ordered, the customer would not be responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that the buyer contact our customer service team for a prepaid return shipping label.
