Need Replacement parts
Can't get hold of company. Greenhouse panels that are cracked need replacement.
Greenhouse is 10 years old. Frame very sturdy, panels and roof polycarbonate panels not so much.
Need some replaced. Good greenhouse overall.

Ordered a greenhouse from 4seasongreenhouse.com on May 22nd. They processed my account on May 29th for $682.50.
They have not shipped the greenhouse, and despite the fact that our lawyers have demanded a refund in Full - they have not issued a refund. As of July 3rd - they will not answer thier telephone and you are not able to leave a message as the mailbox is "Full". The BBB of Texas and the Attorney General of Texas have been notified resulting in no actions.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and give you nothing in return!

4seasonsgreenhouse out of San Antonio TX. has over $3,000.00 of my money for a greenhouse that was never delivered.
Though ordered in March, the company did not contact me of any problems with the order or reflect it at their website. End of May they told me a story to stall me longer. At the end of June, they promised a refund in installments (they charged my card immediately in March), and they have claimed to have mailed me my refund, and it has not arrived. The BBB in Texas has failed to contact them.
The Texas Attorney General refused to do anything.
The company is still running ads. They are also known as BYHQ, Patio Store, and Horizon Bldg.
