Reseller cert not showing in my profile although I have uploaded numerous times.
The customer service line states you are closed. I have been trying all week and no one answers.
Is the entire business shut down the week after Thanksgiving? I am perplexed.
Preferred solution: I want to get my reseller certificate uploaded. I have tried numerous times on the website without success and I am getting charged additional tax when I should not.
