Bought a product from 4ourhpuse. Needed to return product but they won't give me a return label.
No courier is willing to take this part back without a return label. Seems like a deliberate move from they to slow down or even frustrate customers so as not to return their not working products.

Sent wrong items out twice
Sent wrong items out (my order had correct part numbers) Eventually managed to arrange return. Was assured it was a one off mistake.
Reordered and incorrect parts sent again. Very difficult to contact anyone to resolve the issue, chat facility on website very limited when available, no telephone number published and emails just returned with 'stock' replies. Second return still not resolved after 1 week, with nobody appearing to want to take responsibility. Will not use again, at the moment still £70 out of pocket.
Wife found parts on Amazon £30 cheaper and they were delivered within 2 days. Avoid and use Amazon instead.

No dispatch was ordered on Saturday. When I ordered, they said delivery would be on Tuesday. This is a complete and utter joke and the customer service is pathetic.
