Ordered two cartridges. One arrived within time shown on website.
Called about the other and was told out of stock for 1-2 weeks.
It did not tell me that when I ordered or afterward. Would not have ordered at all if delay was disclosed.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They sent me a cartridge, but I am now using someone else. I’ve been using 4 inkjets for 10 years & their service has declined in the last several years.
I ordered a set of cartridges for my printer. I was told after a week, they were out of stock on 2 colors.
Waited almost 2 weeks more & finally received order. I was putting the cartridges in my machine & the cyan didnt work. I emailed 4 inkjets twice with out a response. I have been a customer of theirs for 18 years & find the quality of their products deteriorating.
I ordered cartridges elsewhere & the cyan I got from them worked. They lost me as a customer.

On April 16, 2024, I ordered $78.00 worth of inkjet cartridges that they never sent. It is now May 5, 2024.
I called customer service twice, was put on hold for 20 mins. until the phone went dead on their end, never able to talk with someone. I also sent three email messages to customer service about why my order was never fulfilled and never got a response from any of them. BUT of course, they charged my credit card for the full amount.
This is fraud plain and simple. I have since had my credit card company cancel the charge and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!

On March 26, 2024, I purchased a pack of 3 DX HP printer ink; 3 black and 2 color.
On March 14, 2024 I installed 1 black and 1 color.
The black is working well with a full cartridge.
However, the color cartridge I installed was empty. I installed the second color cartridge and it was full and working well.
Would you please send me a postage paid mailer so that I can return the empty color cartridge in exchange for a full one?

Cartridges do not work in my printer.
First, the website says that they ship the day of the order. Well, I placed the order on October 13, and only after contacting them did I receive a partial order on October 31.
I installed the cartridge and got a message to check the cartridge. It did not work in my printer. I contacted them and told them, and still they sent the second cartridge. I tried to refuse it at the post office, and they said because it was shipped third class, they would just put it in the trash, so I brought it home and install it.
I, again got the same message. So I have two cartridges that do not work in my printer.
I did request return label and a refund, but have received neither. I put it on a credit card, so I remain hopeful.

Website may look legitimate, but buyer BEWARE. Your credit card is billing "immediately" but that is the last interface you will have with the company.
Email & customer service calls are NEVER - EVER - answered.
Once they bill your credit card they totally disappear. Purchase elsewhere or you will also end up having to dispute the charge for non-existent products with your credit card company.

After i made the call, i left a message, and they called me back! Customer service rep verified all the facts--product was returned & in warehouse, and said she would speak with accounting to get my refund processed. It's been two days, and STILL nothing!

Ordered online a set of printer cartridges and no indication that anything was out of stock or any reason to think a long delivery time. about a week later called and finally talked to a real person.
I was told that my order had not shipped because black cartridges were out of stock at that warehouse. I was told that when that happens computer orders were transferred to other warehouse for order fullfillment. I asked why this didn't happen and I got no answer. I was told that my order was now being shipped out of other warehouse and would arrive soon.
4 days later I receive package of a black cartridge but not any color ones? Now its a week later and Im still trying to reach a person to ask about where the *** are my color cartridges?

This company should close. Customer service sucks, Reps are stupid, and play too many games. If lying was a crime, 4inkjets the whole company would be in Prison.

WORK STOPS!
Working diligently on a project, my printer signaled it needed a new black cartridge. No problem, I had two carts on the shelf from 4INKJET.com.
Because of the two cartridges, I started work confidently. Putting one in, it printed the alignment page. Problem was no black showing up. I put the other in, same thing.
Waste of time and money and productivity. I ground everything to a halt, getting into my car, I drove to an office supply store. This was the first time I used gray market cartridges.
My advice: the difference in price ain't worth it, certainly those ink products from 4INK. Stick to the genuine cartridges.

Deceptive shipping claims
4inkjets is no longer doing same day shipping. An order I placed on Wednesday, Jan.
2 was held and not shipped out until 3 days later. When I talked to customer service they apologized, said it was packaged, but because of the holiday and new shipping changed, they could not ship it out yet. I did eventually get the cartridges. An order I placed on the morning of Monday, Jan.
14 is still being held. I was told it was packaged, just not shipped. It is still processing, today, Saturday, Jan. 18.
Avoid 4inkjets until they can get their products mailed out in a timely manner.
Their website is deceptive. It is still claiming same day shipping on orders.

I've been using them for years and never had a problem. I suspect the heads on your printer are clogged.
