Bad Actors - take fees fraudulently
Stay away from this group.
They are bad actors.
They don't provide any sort of capital/ funding as they represent. They charge upfront fees and present them as 'refundable'.
They don't provide the service. They don't even pick up the phone. They simply take your fees and no service.
Stay away from them. We will take legal action for our $25k, but hope others do not fall prey to this sort of crooked behavior.

This place sucks all the way up and down
They are terrible never rent from them their maintenance crew is terrible their property management is ridiculous it's place sucks I want my money back My apartment's never been fixed it's always been a problems leaking pipes messed up floors and black mold everywhere terrible place to live I'm reporting them to the city government for inspection

Preferred solution: I want my rent excused for the last 3 to 4 months due to maintenance issues that's never been addressed
