Their lottery gaming policy is misleading, deceitful.

Canada is broken because of these Indian businessmen, Indian salesman, Indian Supplies. Most of their clients are Indian-dentists.

As the old adage says, "Don't buy anything from an Indian".

Or you take your own risk of counterfeits.

The Worst Dental Supply Experience Ever - AVOID 3Z Dental Supplies!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience with 3Z Dental Supplies was so unbelievably bad, I felt compelled to warn others.

Product looked like it came out of a dumpster!

I placed an order with 3Z, and when the box arrived, I couldn't believe what I saw. The products looked like they had been thrown around a warehouse battered and bruised.

But that wasn't even the worst part.

Suspicious Products - Tampered with Packaging?

Three of the individual product boxes had their labels deliberately ripped off. Not just torn, mind you, but removed with something sharp, like a scalpel! There were clear cut marks around the edges. This looked incredibly suspicious, possibly even counterfeit products.

Zero Customer Service - Unacceptable Excuses

I contacted 3Z immediately, expecting an apology and some kind of resolution.

Instead, I got the owner, Mike, who offered a series of flimsy excuses. He claimed labels "sometimes get stuck" and ripped off. One look at the pictures I sent him would tell anyone otherwise!

Mike showed absolutely no concern for my situation. It left me wondering how many other customers have received similarly questionable products.

Stay Away - This Company Needs to be Investigated!

How is this company even operating?

Their practices are concerning, to say the least. Do not waste your money or risk receiving potentially counterfeit products.

There are plenty of reputable dental supply companies out there. Take your business elsewhere!

In short, avoid 3Z Dental Supplies at all costs!

I never received the products I ordered a month ago even paid for expedited shipping. Come to find out they dont even have the products available and will not have them and have still yet to refund me.

Deceptive business practices

I placed an order with 3Z Dental Supplies on August 2022.

Of the items ordered, 2 were missing and not sent to me, even though on the website these items were labeled as available. Had I known they were not available, I would have ordered from other suppliers.

A 3rd item was sent as a wrong item.

I contacted the business to discuss the issue, and I was told that I will get a refund for the 2 items that were not sent and they will send someone to pick up the wrong item. I only received refund for 1 of the items that were not received and had to return the wrong item by myself and paid the return fees to Canada Post. I tracked the item on Canada Post and checked that it was received and signed for.

I did not receive any follow up from the business, so I had to email and call several times and ask about the refund. Each time I had to wait several minutes on the phone to hear answers such as I will have to check with the manager and get back to you, I will call you back once I check with the warehouse, I will call you by the end of this week, the manager is not here, I will let him know that you called.

Months have passed and my concerns have not been answered. My initial contact was Zaid and later I was referred to Mike. During one of the last phone calls with Mike, I was told that the item has not been received, and he asked me to call Canada Post to double check that the item was received, even though on the Canada Post website it clearly shows that the item was received and signed for, along with an attachment to download. I called Canada Post and they confirmed that the item was received.

I called Mike and let him know, and he told me he will check with Canada Post.

Several days passed and I havent received any follow up from him. I have tried to reach out to Mike with no success.

I am taking this issue with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and I encourage anyone who has been scammed by this business to do the same.

So far they lied to me about not receiving the item back to them via UPS. They are also telling me to take the item without any refund. Which I said no as this is giving in to there lies and deceit.

Description of Complaint:
I was looking for a dental item electric toothbrush. I was looking online and found an
item that I was looking for that was reduced in price.

I bought the item, when I
received the item I noticed that on the box or anywhere else it did not mention
anything about the number of where the most recent item was at. I bought the Oral B
electric toothbrush no. 9 and thats what I thought I received. I had to open the box as on the outside there was nothing indicating what I was getting.

In opening the box
I noticed that number one or first thing, there was suppose to be 2 or 3 extra brushes with the main tooth brush, there is only one here. Two there was no indication this was number 9, no number 9 anywhere on
the box inside, on the brush itself, extra one brush, little instruction it came with
nothing. I then looked at the little slip, warranty, at the bottom of it's box. I saw that the
item was a trial or something to that effect.

I immediately called the business. When
talking to one of the sales person, Jason I ended having an argument with him telling
me that this is the real item. I told him that this says that this is a trial version and that I
do not want it. Anyways at the end he told me to send the item back.

We agreed that
he would send a self addressed label in which to return the item. I went to UPS with
the item, closed the box and gave them the item to deliver back. Week went by and I
was wondering what was going on with my item as I never received a notice or refund
from them. When calling I spoke to Jason who told me they did not receive the item
and to check the tracking number.

When checking the tracking number at UPS I saw
that they in fact did receive the item on December 7th at 10:45 am. I then called them
back with this information and speaking with another gentleman, told him that they
received the item. He then told me that they will not give me a refund that I opened
the box. I told him I opened it to see what I was getting?

We argued about this, I told
him that in a regular business if I am not satisfied with an item I can return it. Even worse if the item I bought is not what I had bought that's false advertising. They told me to check the website, I said no as this was enough for me to say I had bought something that I did not know about as other then the slip there was no indication that this was not or I did not see any number 9 version? In most
businesses, if the item is not to your liking or the item is damaged in any way you can always return the item.

He replied we are not a retail outlet, to me that did not matter as they sold the item to me. The person then asked me if I wanted the item sent to me back. I said no I want a refund. To me that is a cop out to send the item to me so I can keep my mouth shut!
P.S.

UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT MOVE OR SAVE THE EMAIL OF SALE WHERE IT SAYS PROOF OF PURCHASE AS IT IS UNRECOGNIZABLE. ALSO ANY MEDIA FILES.

I had a similar experience with them. They kept lying to me about not having received an item that I sent back via Canada Post, even though the tracking number clearly shows that the item has been received and signed for.

Endless phone calls led to nowhere, I was kept in a loop between different employees.

The manager who I was following up with was always "in meetings" and I have the impression that they are avoiding me. I filed a complaint with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and I strongly encourage anyone who has been a victim of this business to do the same.

I placed on order with this company and then cancelled my order because of the quantity requirement. I asked for a refund to the sales manager and chatted with the company but no reply was given!

So I filed my complaint to the proposed Ministry! This is NOT a trustful company!
