Money order refund
I have not heardback after many voice mail calls, regarding a refund of money order, this is very annoying since I have purchased many money order s.
Never got a refund for my lost money order.
My name is Tammi Terrell and I purchase a money order June 22nd 2020 the money order was lost in the mail. I filled out a money order refund request form on July 7th.
I called to check the status and it said that it had been redeemed on August 4th. But I never received a payment

My name is Tammi Terrell and I purchase a money order June 22nd 2020 the money order was lost in the mail. I filled out a money order refund request form on July 7th. I called to check the status and it said that it had been redeemed on August 4th but i never received the payment for it yet and it's been over 3 months.
Customer Service - {meeting all our expectations}
3T Solutions has provided very adequate customer service. Our locations span multiple states and two primary register systems. Over the past 4 years some issues have come up: Moving servers, updating O.S., and system crashes. In one case a location lost all there registers to a lightning strike. Each and every time 3T Solutions has provided multiple levels of support to resolve the issues. Our IT department has corresponded with there support and technology team on several key issues. So we can say with confidence, even beyond the initial install; 3T has stood by there product.
We are considering using the same system that prints the Money Orders to print our payroll...
Lastly, our Money Order profits are up since we switched to there Total Solution System.

By far the worst employment experience I have ever had. I was hired on as the director of technical support.
I was the only one providing IT support for 2000 customers working in convenience stores. I was expected to manage all tickets while on travel doing installations for 10+ convenience stores or while working conventions to assist in selling the product 3T offers. Due to family and medical issues, I missed some time from work, and pretty much each time, I was cussed and yelled at. I was told during the interview process that there would be yearly bonuses and regular pay increases.
I was there for 1.5 years and did not receive any additional pay in spite of working well over 40 hours per week and being commended on many occasions for my performance and knowledge. Furthermore, I have never been asked to lie so much to clients as with this company. I have worked call centers before, and they were eagle scouts by comparison. The CEO and CTO of the company are both bigoted racists.
Never in my life have I heard "The N-word" as much as I have with this company.
In spite of anything they may be advertising, The company only works with Money orders and supplies for their EXTREMELY buggy software for the money orders. It is a dying company and people in their own financial department have advised AGAINST investing in the company or working for them.
