Fraud / Life Endangerment
I sent both the Dealership and their bonding Company a 30 Dat to make a correction Notice. California Code, Civil Code - CIV § 1782.And yet have No response.I took the Vehicle to a Ford dealer for a Full Inspection.
Cost to me $250.00#1 Broken Gas Pedal.Numerous (9) Trouble Codes that had been Erased.I'm working on it myself. I gave all the $$$ I had for this Truck.I plan to try to sue in small claims court for labor and parts requiredto make the repairs.No Vehicle that has been through a 50 point Inspection has this many Very Serious Issues.
Legal Action is being taken at this time.A 30 Day Correction letter has been sent to 3K Auto INC and their Insurance Company Hudson Insurance.I'm suing for life endangerment as they sold a vehicle advertised as having a 50 point Inspection with a broken gas pedal.Also seeking restitution for all the electronic and electrical issues.No headlight. No ABS System. Frame and Uni-body damage not noted on Carfax.These things would have been noted on a 50 point Inspection.
Car Sales lot advertised Truck as having a 50 point Inspection.
The Gas Pedal was Broken. It was rigged with a rubber hose.
The gas pedal stuck on my way home with it. CPO signs in the Truck and on Property.
No Power to left headlight. ABS System non-operational.
Refused to produce the Inspection Report.
- Cpo signs on property not 1 vehicle on property certified
- Called dealer about issues he said read your paperwork
- Not being able to inspect the inspection report
Preferred solution: Restitution will be sought by Lawyer in Small Claims Court. As Life Endangerment and Fraud both will be Issues.
