It is impossible to contact real agents

Scammed me for 39.95
Charged 19.95 twice. I already have a credit service that gives me credit score!
I did not subscribe to this!! Your Can't cancel bc they don't answer and if you go online to chat they will ask you for all kinds of personal details to remove charges. Which will probably be another scam!!!
Disputing with my bank now and cancelled my debit card. What a mess!!!

When I called to inquire about who they were they said membership services. For who?
Give me a name. Several companies.
This is a scam they cant even give a legit answer as to who they work for. Cancelled card and disputed they wont get a second chance

They stole from me
Just like everyone else...paid $1 for a credit report, one week later $39.90 removed from my bank account, from a company I've never heard of. Had to reverse search phone #.
The company I believed I requested a credit report from is called Appfolio.
Also the credit score system they use is an invention sold to landlords, and is totally unrelated to the 3 actually legitimate credit score companies.
"Company" is a flattering term for scams like this. A person would have to be incredibly well-versed in the financial vernacular to be able to protect themselves from these credit pimps.
They have been running this grift since 2017-- why is this still even a thing??akw t

This company is a scam. You pay $1 to Check your credit.
After 7 days your automatically charged $39.90 and it takes days for a refund and they want to fight it.
Company is a joke. Stay away from them.

Making a written request for you to stop charging my credit card
I have spoken with a service rep requesting to stop charging my card. Since speaking with him they have tried 4 more time to charge my card.
I can't afford this charge and is now requesting in writing for it to stop charging. As I told the rep I didn't sign up for this service.

Cancellation of service
I signed up for their Free 7 day trial, which I found out they charge $1 to your credit card. They stated you can cancel anytime within 7 days on line or by phone.
I tried to cancel on line and it states that you need to call to cancel. When I called initially, the service person who greeted me said he could help me cancel, and then he immediately hung up.
When I called again, the 2nd service member kept me on the phone for about 20 mins while she explained everything I already knew and attempted to cancel my account. I wasted 30 mins to just cancel this account, which on line would have taken 1 min max.
Preferred solution: No contact from this company is my solution I've already given them too much time.
