Worst business ever

I brought my car to their shop for the second time in 6 weeks to fix the clear 3M wrap in my new car which I paid 850.00 for. The first time I sat there for 2 hours. This current time they made me wait 2 1/2 hours to fix what they said would not peel off for 5 years! The owner started telling me that it was my fault and when I interrupted him...he started yelling at me and threw me out off his shop! I called T & C Toyota to complain and they have lost that business. A bunch of jerks. Stay away or you will be sorry! Never have been treated like that in my 50 years of dealing with companies.

365 Auto Detail Service Review

Showed up to my house late as well. However they left my house late also because they spent an extra hr. on my vehicle giving me everything i paid for. I have previously bought a detail feom a different company and they rushed through my detail to make their next appoinment. I LOVED my experience with 365 Auto Detail

Rude and Unprofessional

Scheduled my auto detailing,they show up over 30 minutes late, no phone call to say they were running late and I had to leave and go back to work. Called the owner 3 times before I received a response, he refused to re-schedule or refund my purchase and then had the nerve to curse at me saying he had "no time" for this and then hung-up on me. I am still in shock at how rude and unprofessional. Needless to say with this type of customer service he won't be in business long! Strongly recommended using a differnt auto detail service.
