Was locked out when prompted security questions
After contacting support, I was able to complete the course with no issues. They were very helpful as well as polite. Thank you.
360Training Online P&C Adjusting
I signed up for an online P&C Adjusting Course with 360Training - I would advise anyone thinking about taking this course not to. You cannot speak to a live person expect to order the - after that it's all online, chat and help the desk.
None of which were much help at all. Their system in not user friendly. It jumped around and would not let you go back. Buttons were not easily assessable.
Overall the system was difficult to navigate. Some of the answers would grade wrong - this happened more than 5x. The explanation would be correct but said the answer was wrong.
I cannot stress enough to take a classroom class. Never use 360Training Oh almost forgot the advertising was very misleading!!!!
