I will never go to 2nd world aurburn ever again
they tell you wonderful things before you buy anything and if you have any problem regarding the product...no one talks to you ...worst costumer service i have ever experienced. I bought hp lab top 10 month ago .....and I had small problem with my computer( wi fi was not working) . when i been there no one wants to help me. They even did not had enough time to listen to me... ...... ( i experienced 3rd world costumer service...even worst than that. very bad experience.One of the lady even refuse to give me manager's business card, this incident happened on wed 11th of jan 2012 about 1 to 2 pm. 2nd world aurburn , parramatta road.
