Can’t get any updates or a refund on placed order

260 Sample Sale - Can’t get any updates or a refund on placed order

I placed an order for sunglasses through 260 Sample Sale a month ago. Solstice 260SS532797.

I've never received the order and was trying to contact 260 Sample Sale customer support multiple times. Every time, it was a copy and paste response: 'Let us find out and we will get back to you.' After a couple of weeks of trying to communicate with 260 Sample Sale customer support, I emailed directly to Solstice and they advised me that the order wasn't processed and they requested 260 Sample Sale to refund me for Solstice 260SS532797 order. However, I am still getting careless copy and paste emails, and the refund was never issued. The customer support reps I was communicating with were Jasmine via emails and Nancy via phone.

Both showed a very careless attitude and made no attempt to help.
