Cancelled me for non payment after I entered my cc card 2 times. Spoke with reps prior during my dogs surgery process and noone said anything. Get a letter today dated March 27 and call. Say there is only 3 day grace period. Complete BS. And called my credit card amd they say I have not had any declines inthe past two months. Funny its after I file a surgery claim.

We adopted a dog from one of our local SPCAs. We filled out the paperwork to have his ownership transferred in May. Not having heard from them in over a month, I called them. They are moneygrubbing, rude and if he didn't already have the microchip, I would have gone with the company that our last dog was with.
