Complaint about sketchy experience yesterday at 1016 Gerrard st E, Toronto
I oreder a 2 for 1 large, one with pep and pineappple, one with pep and mushroom. When the pizza"s were being sliced one employee asked what was going on and the other empoyee( the one that took my order) picked up two pizza boxes and disapeared in the back with them, he was not in sight.
Another customer jokingly said that my pizzas were being triaged! When I asked what was going on, the reply was I dont know,then the male employee returned from the back with the two pizza boxes smileing and said that they messed up the order and he tryed to fix it by removing some toppings.
I have no ide what was done in the back, I asked for my money back because I have no idea what was done with the pizzas out of everyones sight at the front. The man that asked what was going on told that employee to return my money and I left.
No solution was made, an attempt to make the mistake was flwaed and I called the employee out on it.
Why was I not asked to wait while they made me a new order, right from the beginning.
I want this employee to be held responsable for his irisponsable attempt to hide his mistake imediatly and resolve the problem by making a new order.
I expect a response to this, and want to know what was done on your end. I will follow up with head office if I dont hear back.

My Son didn't deserve that treatment and if nothing gets done about it this unprofessional treatment will continue , and will have a negative effect on the business and impact your reputation in our community
they verbally abused my Son YOUR CUSTOMER and teamed up on him for Me contacting customer service they accused my son and me of trying to get free food ...humiliated as well as intimidated and out numbered not to mention belittled my son left that location they laughed at him because i gave him the wrong cc and his purchase didnt go through instead of using a different card for our food he just left ...its wrong to make customers of 14 years to that location or any customer to suffer those kind of indignations as well as suffer REPRISAL for voicing concerns with you at customer service about the food that they purchased ...

l to harass my son the way that they did and to intimidate him with comments and laughter all 4 of them should be removed from dealing with the public this is not any way to treat the public and have repeat customers i feel abandoned by 241 pizza for now allowing us to be ridiculed , publicly humiliated for what is our right wich is to ask questions to customer service if concerns arise...please check the footage of those cameras and you will see what harassment my son went through last nite because we contacted you with concerns . thanks Alot

Order wrong town
We order in the wrong town I didn't get our money back. The phone number we use was 1 70* *** ****.
We paid $17 . I called the 866 number last night and they were going on his master card.
Not satisfied
I ordered a pizza from 241 and was never told you can only get 2 on Tuesdays my bill came to 42.77. this is uncalled for.
Change your signs name or whatever it takes better yet tell your order takers to maybe mention this if it's not a Tuesday.
And as for the pizza maker when I order I prefer a pizza that's not burned. False advertising as far as I'm concerned and going to call the better business bureau.
Not happy with my order
I ordered two and got one , that is why its called 2 for 1 ??? The driver agreed that it was not right to miss lead customers

i made a previous complaint recently about a man at the location of 2548 West Eglinton Avenue Toronto, ON M6M1T1. He refused to sell people slices of pizza and today he did the same thing once again!
How can you refuse to sell pizza? I buy there all the time and there's a woman during the week and she sells slices no problem. Also the quality of the product is horrible when he is in there.
The pizza is super flat/thin and the taste is strange. This is not my second complaint and I will go further about this to consumer protection or the ombudsman office about his behavior.

I went to the 241 pizza store at 2548 West Eglinton Avenue Toronto, ON M6M1T1 where i purchased a slice of pizza yesterday, so i went back today to get another slice. The man was very rude and told me he doesnt sell slices i have to buy 4 slices for 5.00 and i told him i did not want the 4 slices.
At the same time a poor woman walked in wanting to buy a slice of pizza and he told her he is not selling slices and called her ***! she then left hungry and sad at the way she was treated.
This is so unprofessional and should not be tolerated! Couple of years ago at this same store, there was an employee that assaulted an 11-year-old girl at the time when she was buying pizza and he had an issue about parking.

I orded pizza by visa debt toltal was only $22 the driver tipped himself and this happened before with the same driver I never gave permission 241 pizza location dufferin and davenport

Well if you ate the food and want a refund you basically are trying to get free food.
I guess you didn't read where it says food was returned and picked up
I'd report this behaviour to the call center and then just be done with that business for good.
