24 Hour Car Rental

The fuel pump failed in my rental vehicle. It was a $500.00 repair to get back on the road.

I was promised repayment by the supervisor Ken. Got lip service untill I returned home, then nothing. I emailed them receipts for the work done. No response.

The car had numerous problems, but I could work around them, like doors that wouldn't lock. The brakes overheated going downhill once. The local agent in Las Vegas, Bart, made little attempt to help or get back to me. Their address in Anchorage, Alaska was a vacant building.

The tires on the vehicle were marginal, and the spare was almost bald.

I rented a second car to fiish the trip for another $500.00, as their rental was unsafe. Ken the supervisor thought it was funny that I had so much trouble.

I rented a car from US 24 hr. Car rental.

I rented a silver dodge charger. After making good payments for two months they came and repoed the car right after I made a payment keeping all of my belongings in the car and they will not return it. I lost centimental items that cannot be repurchased. beware of Bart m green and Robert congden.

They left me stranded in lost vegas with just the clothes on my back.

They have gps on the car and will still repo it if u make good payments. I believe they stalked me and plotted to steal the car.

A1 24 car rental, Hello I am Jonett Lawrence, Owner of the 2005 GTO which was illegally rented out to a Robert Congdon on 12/7/09 by Bart Green thru this company, per Mr. Condgon's words himself.

Mr. Green per our conversation was supposed to get me the Insurance information, and In the State Of California if a person rents out cars if the Company doesn't carry full coverage the car is not supposed to leave the lot without the renter supplying the Insurance information to the Rental Agency, and if there is no Insurance on file, then your rental agency is at fault. I have been extremely patient in waiting for this Information, I am going to contact the BBB and the State Atthy office and anyone else who will listen in reference to your shoddy business deals, any bad press or loss of business will fall on your head, I'm just trying to get the information that was promised to me.

I will continue to send emails and call until I get this information. Jonett Lawrence

24/us car rental at 2121 First Ave, San Diego, CA 1-61*-727-****, Bart Green rented out my 2005 GTO to a Robert Congdon wthout getting my permmission and than they got into a accident, and now I'm being sued for the damages that were done to the other person's auto, And Bart Green is refusing to get me the insurance information!!!!! Shoddy Business practices, I'm reporting his business to BBB and te Atthy General office.I will keep posting until I get a response. And if anyone has any input I'm more than willing to listen.
