I had a great experience with 23RD. They are experienced, easy to work with, and helped me get exactly what I wanted.

They also really help those of us who are first time homebuyers. I had no idea what to do and they helped me every step of the way.

I write this on Pissed Consumer because the threatening language in one of the posts is disturbing. This is a good website, and consumers should be allowed to voice their opinion. I just think it's a way for angry people to write malicious things.

23RD helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and I will continue to use the company. Thank you!

**Please Read Entire Comment** MIKE the THIEF /realtor called me up to help him deliver some appliances to one of his tenants. Charged him $80 to drive from my house in Apopka to east Orlando to pick up a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

He was going to pay me via "cash app" After picking them up I drove another 30 mins to drop them off and install at his tenants house in Casselberry. As I started to bring machines into the house the tenant was very upset about the age and condition of appliances Mike the theif purchased for him. After moving them into house the tenant would not except them and told me not to install. He then called up Mike the theif which at that point both men began to argue and bicker like children.

As I walked out of house to step away from the argument they were having on the phone .... the tenant shut and locked the door behind me. So I decided to call Mike the theif to work something out since I didn't expect the full pay because I was unable to install. I decided that at least half of the $80 would be fair and told Mike that I would except $40.

Right after I said that he laughed and hung up on me. I tried calling both men several times but no answer.Little did Mike the theif know that I put the last $20 I had in pocket in gas just to make it out there to pick up those appliances. Also what Mike the theif didnt know was that I unfortunately ran out gas shorlty after leaving that house in Casselberry. And because of Mike my baby girl was picked up from school 2 and a half hours late.

How do you sleep at night Mike? Hope that you needed the money more than I did and the dinner my kids lost out on tonight. Your a POS Mike. Stay away from 23rd Realty if you dont want to assocciate with thieves who steal and take advantage of innocent hard working individuals.

...also. Mike, What are you thinking? You are pretty foolish to steal from somone you never even met before. Mabey that's why you thought you could get away with it??

I quess you also forgot that you made the mistake of telling me the name of your company you work for when we first spoke over a week ago.

Self owned and ran by a realtor that practices without current license. 23rd realty uses clients situation to benefit himself.

Cuts corners and uses clients money for personal payments.

23rd realty also has an array of weapons that he uses very recklessly ! This realtor also has a active restraining order using a weapon and violence
