After I confirmed my order I realized 1 of the shirts where ther wrong one. I just want to exchange the shirt.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I received full shipping refund and an apology/explanation..

Edit: I received a full refund on shipping and an apology for taking longer than promised. It was explained that there had been a positive covid result and there was no one there to answer phones. After all this, I give 5 stars for how it was handled in the end. Shirts are also great quality and very comfortable! Can't say much as of now, no one answers the phone. It rings and rings and then there is a tone, like voicemail, but no type of recording or live person speaking. I paid double shipping to receive order in 2-3 days. 3 days was yesterday, 11/12/20 and they are still not delivered. I checked tracking and it states USPS will deliver by 9p on Monday... That's a whole week from when ordered. Definitely not 2-3 days, which is why I tried to contact them. I sent a message via Facebook messenger. We'll see if they reply. Can only rate 2 items for now.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS

On 11/11 I purchased a shirt and received it by 11/18. I was happy with the transaction so I ended up buying another on 11/29 but have yet to receive it. For the past 3 days I have been calling, emailing, and messaging 21threads to get any kind of information about my order. I have not received one bit of correspondence back from their non-existant customer service. The only time I got a response back is when I filed a claim with PayPal on the original product I did receive which they made the time to respond to within an hour.
