Poor customer service

The tournament company failed to provide proper referees (both approximately 14yr old for a 11 year old hockey game. One of the referees' father engaged in screaming at our families. Coaches NEVER received a bench minor trying to manage the situation in a professional manner. The tournament company failed to supervise and oversee their employees and subcontract employees. They failed to manage the games and resulted in a poor experience. No responsibility or accountability. The VP at the company, Justin Lewendowski, engaged in mocking my concerns and bullied me during two conversations.
