Ordered in Jan. ‘19 never received.
When inquired about shipment or tracking the response was a form letter indicating they were in the process of packing to ship. I requested cancellation and refund, never got money back.

I ordered the grill in January 2019 and still have not received anything. I will see if my bank can track down the recipient. Facebook should step in and cover losses since they have been paid to run the ads.

I ordered the black stone Grill 36" outdoors flat top gas grill griddle station On Friday 1/4/2019. There is a date on the invoice of 4/1/2019.
Never got a response from them.
They took $89.90 out of my bank account. Never heard from them or received the grill.

NEVER A FACEBOOK AD AGAIN
Got ad for great looking carseat/stroller I knew my pregnant granddaughter wanted. When it never came, tried to call them, thats when I found out the phone number is fake, so is everything else.
THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY FOLKS!
Reported the ad to Facebook, THEIR canned response was no better than supershop's.
Apparently ripping off folks left and right does not break their rules, it is apparently acceptable to their "community standards". It is still being seen on facebook!

Ordered end of year grill..here at home there was a sale for the same price but were sold out so ordered this one off of 1supershop.com and this is May 2019 and still no grill no respo se to emails and no answer to phone...this is *** but the *** got the money

I ordered the 36 in BBQ Grill on Jan 13 2019 The money came out of my account on that date . It is now Mar 11,2019 and still no Grill .
I have email them at least 7 times with the same standard stupid letter that does not answer any of my questions.,
I want the grill or my money back . 1Supershop has totally done me in .
I have left my email address .my home address and my cell number and I can not get a human to address anything .

Ordered Blackstone Grill in December. No product received and only canned responses from seller.

I'm in the same as others. Ordered the grill.
Money come out Jan4, 2019. Still no grill and when contacted I get the same stupid answers in a pre-printed form.
No contact from a person at al.... Total scam and I am beyond pissed.

Facebook should do some thing about all these scams on there web site .
It sure makes them look bad as well. If our cell phones can let us know of potential cams what wrong with the computer sites

I also ordered a grill in February 2019 and haven't received my grill. I have emailed them about it and keep getting the same indescriptive email.
I know they received my money because not only was I charged but, I received a confirmation email. What else can I do?
