Very hard to contact anybody with information on an order placed on September 3, 2025. Had some kind of message that it would be here on September 22.

As a family owned company, we respectfully disagree with your comments. On 9/18, you left a message and we responded shortly by email with your tracking number for your order.

On 9/22, you left another message and we emailed you back within an hour to keep you updated and provide the tracking number. We sent you copies of our email communication to your phone, but you indicated that you do not receive text messages.

When your order did ship on 9/15, you were also sent an email to alert you along with the tracking number again. Once we saw your review, we immediately called you and you indicated you were happy with the product and like the quality.

Today is December 21 and my order was received via FedEx today. I do wonder if it would have been received before Christmas if I had not asked for a status update.

I do have one complaint about the item.

The tag on the T shirt is wrinkly and hard, like it’s made of plastic that was affected by heat. The tag will have to be removed before wearing.

I did get a response today from the 800 number. I was told they are working on my order (ordered on December 1!) and assured me it would be received before Christmas.

In addition, I went on their website to see if they were still doing business.

They had a chat option on the website. I chatted with Sandi and she assured me they are working on the order and it would be received before Christmas.We’ll see since it’s already December 19th.

Ordered on December 1st. It is now the 19th, no product received and no update.

Email address not valid. Called the phone number and had to leave a message.

The internet says the phone number is not valid. I'm pissed!

As a family owned company, we respectfully disagree with your comments. We received your voicemail left on 12/19/24 at 11:01 AM and responded to you via email in less than 2 hours with the reassurance that your order was in production and would be shipped out ASAP to arrive before Christmas.

Our records indicate that you also contacted us through the Live Chat feature on our website, where you communicated directly with one of our Customer Service agents who also provided reassurance that this order would arrive before Christmas. Your order was shipped out that same day, 12/19, and arrived to you on 12/21, before Christmas.

We were not made aware of any concerns regarding your order once it was received. If we had been made aware that you had a complaint about the shirt you received, we would have been happy to further assist you as we do want you to be 100% happy with your order.

I received my order today. The same day I started trying to find it. This all would have been resolved if I would have received an email saying it was coming.

I placed an order on September 9th and was supposed to receive a second email stating the date I would receive the items. I never received another email and have not heard anything from them, and I have not received my items. And of course, there is no phone number for customer service and they want you to put a credit card number in to get assistance.
