Today is December 21 and my order was received via FedEx today. I do wonder if it would have been received before Christmas if I had not asked for a status update.

I do have one complaint about the item.

The tag on the T shirt is wrinkly and hard, like it’s made of plastic that was affected by heat. The tag will have to be removed before wearing.

I did get a response today from the 800 number. I was told they are working on my order (ordered on December 1!) and assured me it would be received before Christmas.

In addition, I went on their website to see if they were still doing business.

They had a chat option on the website. I chatted with Sandi and she assured me they are working on the order and it would be received before Christmas.We’ll see since it’s already December 19th.

Ordered on December 1st. It is now the 19th, no product received and no update.

Email address not valid. Called the phone number and had to leave a message.

The internet says the phone number is not valid. I'm pissed!

I received my order today. The same day I started trying to find it. This all would have been resolved if I would have received an email saying it was coming.

I placed an order on September 9th and was supposed to receive a second email stating the date I would receive the items. I never received another email and have not heard anything from them, and I have not received my items. And of course, there is no phone number for customer service and they want you to put a credit card number in to get assistance.
