Horrible Experince
My wife had a 401k distribution that one of their brokers and John Hancock really messed up and all they did was blame each other. It was really sad that no one would own up to their mistake. Would not recommend this firm to anyone. Such a simple task that took months to complete and then there wasn't even a 1099 issued to show the distribution. Truly a terrible experience. As far as follow up (and I have all the emails) it would just go back and forth while everyone was waiting on everyone else to do the right think. I guess when you deal with people of this caliber, you get what you pay for - which is nothing. FINRA did very little to assist other than sending a letter that if I wanted to pursue this further what steps I'd need to take. Why did I even bother submitting a complaint if no one is willing to rectify this issue? Sad.

Had a business dealing with this broker from 1st Global Corporation, a rinky *** financial office located in Johnstown Ohio next to an abandoned gas station and located inside the same building as a video rental store. The person who should remain anonymous but for examples sake lets call him Allen. What a joke this individual should have licenses striped and he should not be allowed to advise on middle American families retirement asset management. Trust me Johnstown Ohioans beware think twice about taking advice from anyone who shares an office inside a video rental building. Do yourselves a favor and make sure your financial advisor can afford to hold office in something a little more official looking than a video rental office space.

Miss a payment and i was threaten to put in jail by fraud department a man that barely speaks proper english name mr. Evans..then risk manager tries to assist name leo vargas was a nightmare he argues with me threaten me tell me hes going to own my business and only person that was helpful was a young lady Tracie, this company will be sued for threatening business owners very soon if they don't Get rid of the 2 unprofessional man leo vargas and mr evans.
