A man came to my front door stating he had an appt. to clean our air ducts.
He stated he talked with my husband last night. His demeanor was not friendly nor impressive, so I had him wait outside till I checked with husband and confirmed we had NOT ordered the service. There was a call on our caller i.d. at 8:45 P.M.
but the appt. was never confirmed. He was obviously irritated, shaking his head and tsk, tsking when he walked away. I said I was sorry but he never said anything but walked away.
I would not use their company ever.
He texted to our phone number "f@#**ing idiots" Nice, eh? Don't use them.....

responsible for rude behavior on June 29, 2016
had been fired and no longer with our company.

It took you that many months to respond? Do you realize a PROFESSIONAL company would not have said the employee was fired, they would have said "no longer with the company". How do you even know who tech this was, as the letter writer did not identify themselves, give their address or give a description of the tech!

It doesn't matter HOW you describe it, what matter is that person don't work with us any more.
While you put your time reply on this site, I'm busy making sure that EVERY customer that I clean his air ducts is satisfied 100%.
That's why from more then 150 reviews all over the internet there no ONE customer upset with my work. I'll keep doing what I'm best in, My recommend for you - Go find a life!
