Part paid for and still not received after almost 3 Weeks

Ref 1802**** Good afternoon, Thank you for your reply There is no rush for a replacement, it is because it's cracked and allows water to *** in over time. If you'd care to keep looking I'd appreciate it. It's a venerable old beast that I've had since 2004; it has only 80k on the clock and I'm reluctant to let it fade away. Kind regards Edward Baker
