The merchant reported that there was 'no damage whatsoever'. Furthermore, I ensured that the door was whole, which the merchant confirmed.

I later requested that the wing mirror be removed as this was the only part I did not need. When the door arrived, it had missing paint with apparent repair work, cracked lacquer, scratches, dents, damaged plastic trim, and a missing door card. No photos of the damage were sent, and I was not made aware that a 'whole door' did not include trims, etc. I tried to get a refund, and the merchant advised that I should have rejected the door but didn't make me aware that this is something needed to do should they arrive damaged in transit.

Part of this damage was caused by the merchant screwing a piece of wood to the door and to a pallet. Protection to the paintwork and rest of the door was provided by a small amount of plastic wrap. The merchant has advised that I need to return the door in its original condition and they will assess whether I'm due a refund, despite not being able to supply clear images of the door's condition before dispatch.

I apparently received these, but the merchant now can't provide them!? All through this, the only assistance from 1st Choice I have received is them simply forwarding messages to the merchant, and back again.

Very disappointed and willing to report fraud

Had rear door delivered on7th but was insulated couldn't see that on pictures spoke to 10 different people over 2 weeks of tel calls have been fobbed of about getting this door picked up and another one been delivered as exchange I've paid staff to wait for delivery of this exchange but no calls no show up no apologies but being told continueos lies thanks

Part paid for and still not received after almost 3 Weeks

I have not received parts that i ordered from AAH Automotive solutions i paid £170 for Nissan Micra Speedometer Clocks cluster on 11th January and they still have not been Despatched. When i try to phone them it goes to Voicemail.

They do not reply to Emails. First Choice Spares Emailed them after Pissed Consumer.com contacted them and got an Email reply after only 20 Minutes

It is now 18 days since I ordered my Speedometer clocks and I was told that I would definitely receive the Part by Friday that was 2 days ago and now they are saying that I will receive it on Monday.

First they rip me off with a very High Price when other Micra Speedometers are selling for £40 they Charge me £170 .

Then they wait 2 weeks before Despatching the part. My Customers Car is going to be off the Road for 3 Weeks waiting for a Speedometer

Ref 1802**** Good afternoon, Thank you for your reply There is no rush for a replacement, it is because it's cracked and allows water to *** in over time. If you'd care to keep looking I'd appreciate it.

It's a venerable old beast that I've had since 2004; it has only 80k on the clock and I'm reluctant to let it fade away. Kind regards Edward Baker
