No customer service
I purchased the penta in 23, returned defective in dec 24, replaced but the replacement is defective. But I'm told I have no warranty on the new replacement. No one will return phone calls.

I ordered from you. You replaced the same penta earbuds before, you have the pictures and email strings from a customer who's bought at least 6 of your products, I need to speak to a person, your customer service is horrible veha

Want to return headphones. Can’t locate receiptt. Customer sec should find it w name email phone number
Dont know anything about the company or their policies and I cant really rate any of the questions above other than the fact I got no Customer Service and the headsets are reasonable. They were suggested by a tech person who also suggested a set that was $400 I chose the one for 79 but I havent been able to use them because they are not user-friendly.
I asked for help I didnt get it. Id like my money back.

This is a quality product !!!have 3 pair all work excellent but last one purchased has Chinese language I cannot speak the language
I want to change it to English as that is my native language
