Return 3 bottles of the D3 .

For two days l called to ask what was their procedure to do returns. I was on hold and never got through. The message said l could e mail them. When l did l got a message l could e mail someone and they could answer me right away. That was terrible Sad..All that did was send me to a sight that was trying me sell me more stuff! Got out of that sight and started again. Finally l got to a sight where l could leave my phone number and reason for my return. Within a few minutes l got my answer. It was very clear on what l needed to do.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy if your not sure you can use the product as it is difficult to talk to someone from the company.

Cancel my set up

I bought an item one time and you all keep sending me this product every month . Please stop sending it to me and do not charge my card because I have not given you the authorization to do so . Thanks

Cancel - and not packing shipping info to call cancel - never signed up for this

Never ordered and they keep sending with no packing slip or any information to contact and cancel shipments

They never showed customer respect by answering.

There was a discrepency between the bottle and their web page for the instructions of taking their BreatheMD. I also had written them directly earlier about an email I received from them on on BreatheMD. I never received an answer. I CANCELLED my subscription because their actions tell me they don't care about their customers

1MD does not respond to email for cancellation nor do they honor credit on returns.

I had cancelled an order but was ignored saying it has already been mailed which was a lie. Product was refused but a credit was ignored by 1MD as were the emails.

User's recommendation: consider this company only interested in your $$$$'s and how to keep them.

1MD company will not let you cancel subscription or an order

Sad1MD would not let me cancel my subscription or cancel order even after they return policy offer guarantee of refund. No one will answers the phone so you can not get a return number (RMA) from them. They are the worst company to do business with. There pills made me sick and I could not take the KRILL pills that they are selling. But they still would not let me cancel my order. And charged my PayPal account $107.97 you can not return them because you have to have a RMA number to return the pills and they are not giving you a number because no one will pick up the phone to give it to you. So I had to go to my paypal account and stop futher payment to them. But I lost $107.97 dollars. Do not let this happen to you! Do not do business with 1MD.
