my American Express has been charged and I have not received any response from your company! Usually a card is charged once shipping occurs, I have had zero response from Ray and I have called 10 times leaving my number and reason for the call ! Order status

Have ordered several lighting fixtures from Capitol in the past couple of months. At least one has come in but I have heard nothing as to the others. At least two others were shipped at least three weeks ago. My sales person is on vacation until the 14th of July. My name is Cynthia Gentile 561-654-****. My sales person is Corinne Jaracz. I am not ready for delivery as of yet as we are building and the house is not quite done but would like the status of what I have ordered please. Cannot get in touch with the store or your customer service number on hold for awhile with your customer service and keep getting a voice mail of who knows whom at the store. Don’t buy from this place

Don’t buy from this place please. I bought a $2,750 ceiling light and after 13 months the light is defected, 2 of the metal wire was broke and fall, half is still hanging on the ceiling. Try to contact them for help with order parts and look like they don’t want to help because of little thing like this. And they told me to call direct to the factory to order and i did, but the factory said they don’t sale for individual customers, i have to order thru the company that bought from and i got back to them and asked for their help but no one answered. Very disappointed for their service.

Poor, slow customer service

Ordered light, arrived broken, notified them immediately and they said they'd send out a replacement for the broken (glass) part. Waited 2 weeks never received. Finally they said it was backordered so I cancelled and asked for return label and credit. Said it would take 24 hours and it's now over a week and nothing. I am not happy. I've ordered many items on line and when they need to be returned usually can do it within a day or two with credit showing up almost immediately. Not them! Slow, slow, slow. At this rate I'll have to dispute the charges on my credit card account to insure I get my money back. If they want to be competitive they need to clean up their service.
