I ordered an ice vest on April 19th, 2017 for $100. I did not receive my vest and it is currently June 13th, 2017. I have sent them 5 emails, and called them 5 different times and I have not gotten a single response. They provided me with a FAKE tracking number that was a DHL tracking number but in the email they said please track with UPS. I called DHL they said this number does not exist. I called my bank to dispute the charge and they told me I was charged $150 + $68 + 68. They charged me an extra $140 for absolute no reason. My ice vest was one time payment, not three payment schedule. THIS COMPANY IS A GIANT SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought an Ice Vest that was created incorrectly (manufacturer defect - I cant wear it as the shoulder straps are on the wrong way round, can't even fit ice cubes) So i sent pictures of the problem and we emailed back and forward for about 2 weeks (replies were very slow) and finally they promised they would send me another one.. 4 months later - nothing has been sent/arrived. I have emailed them twice on both of their contact email addresses and it has been 2 weeks and I haven't received a single reply which is awful and unacceptable. I feel like I have been scammed but they did send the original which was made incorrectly so this just seems like bad business practices and they are skimping on money as much as possible - not caring about their customers or their name. If nothing get's done about this I will be posting my experience everywhere so people can see what they are getting themselves into.

I bought 2 Ice Shoulder Vests only one was delivered

Since August I am complaining I bought two Ice Vests through the website and the Ice Vest Company ( delivered only one. After long phones calls, they detected the mistake, and now there has being 4 months I am waiting for an answer when they are sending me the missing vest. I am tired of the runaround and every week I try contact, they dont answer anymore. The attendant called Dr. Wayne Hayes is being rude, informing there is no reason for charging the company every day, it will not accelerating the delivered of the missing vest. Every time there is an excuse for such a miss care. I just want my vest which I paid for.
