Ordered on 8/13. Still not received on 9/2.
Contacted them on their website, no answer. Called them through you, no answer. Emailed them directly, no answer. There does not seem to be a direct number for them, but they did take my money on 8/13.
This was supposed to be a birthday present for my son on 8/24.
I was told it would be delivered 8/20-22. Help!

They used to be a good company back when they first started years ago. Now they suck.
I never got my merchandise, no tracking, shipping, and customer service will not respond to anything. I also am disputing through my credit card company. I absolutely cannot believe how awful they have become.
Grunt Style is better now. I can't believe I'm saying this.

I never received any response from the company. They did ultimately send the shirts though, after I threatened to cancel the charges through their messaging system.
The shirts received were of very low quality and in no way comparable to the high quality of the shirts received in the past.
I suspect the company has been bought out by private equity and this is probably the reason for the decrease in service/quality. All good things must come to an end I guess.
Ordered three T-shirts that were listed as in stock and ready to ship. Never received items or any tracking information.
Attempts to follow up through customer service chat were not responded to.
Ended up canceling charges through my credit card company. They used to be a good company, but something has changed.

Placed an order on Feb 15th and have yet to receive any update or anything. Still says processing; no way it takes a month to process. At this point, I would just like a refund.

I had no experience no phone call no text msg no email till i went thru you i will never buy anything from them again or recommend them to anyone their service sucks
Refund my money and maybe return an email when someone is trying to find out what happened to their order your company sucks

I ordered a tankard from them two years ago. They shipped the rest of my order and told me it was backordered.
I've tried contacting them several times since then with no reply on chat, email, phone, text, FB message, nothing. Zero customer service.
