Inadequate Driving Instruction

160 Driving Academy - Inadequate Driving Instruction

My family paid the tuition for the CDL A driving course. It is supposed to be 160 hours of instruction: 40 classroom instruction hours and 120 hours of driving instruction.

They had one instructor. It is supposed to be a student-teacher ratio of 1:4. They had one working truck with no air conditioning and 13 students. I received around 40 hours of actual driving instructions.

I did not get the driving instruction time as described in the course description and was not prepared to take the state test.

Then, when I asked for more instruction in the section I failed, they referred me to Louisiana Truck Driving School charged me an ADDITIONAL $400, and 160 Driving School charged me $100 to re-test. I paid for 120 hours of driving instruction, so I feel that I am owed either a refund or my remaining 80 hours of driving instruction.
