Bad coffee and customer service

I went to your Fort Worth location on 35 w in alliance and first the person in front of me must have worked there or used to but the workers were all over this person holding up the line then I get my coffee I didnt notice till I got home it wasnt even filled up and it did not taste well at all I dont know if I got someone elses coffee or they werent paying attention but I will not be returning to that location. Too busy talking to customers not about coffee and just playing around maybe u need more responsible workers there

User's recommendation: Be aware check ur cup before u leave and taste it I did not get the coffee I ordered.

Umbrella hit my car while in line at 151

I was in line at the Lewisville location when one of the umbrellas from the patio area flew into the driver side of my car causing some damages.

Consider the employees

The owner is making the employees work on the holiday but refusing to pay them any extra! No its not illegal but if they are scheduled they have to work and the company is doing very well.
