It says my item was refunded, I have not sent back

I submitted for a return the website would not let me submit it. Then I try again which they say was refundedwhich it was not and I still need a return slip. I was sent a text and I responded telling them what the problem was and there was no response

I purchased a pair of blue suede pants for $78 -- on sale They are cheap, flimsy, not lined, the clip is off at the front, very poorly constructed. They are refusing to take them back because they were on sale.

User's recommendation: don't shop here.
