Awful service
I placed an order on 2/9. They state that it takes 1-4 business days for orders to arrive.
It shows that the order is still processing. 10 days later it still shows as "processing." No response to emails.

I have left emails, voice messages with no response, You have already been paid, ship asap or cancel order...next stop, elevate this info to appropriate agency.. order number is 7-00012****..

In November I purchase a package of 902XL cartridges for $80. @ 2Cyan 2Yellow 2Magenta & 2 BLACK.
I only Received 2 yellow and 2 Cyan. After Not receiving my 2 Magenta or My 2 Black I called and they said the others will be on the way. 2 weeks later I received 2 Magenta. Still not receiving Black I again called and of coarse waiting 55 minutes on hold I finally got a CSR.
They assured me the blacks would be mailed out that day. Here it is 2 weeks later so I called Once again and was on hold for 25 minutes , so I hit the call back Prompt. and left my number for them to call me back. Never heard from them.
I am now done with 123Inkjets.com.
I will contact my credit card company about the package I never received and the *** Poor Customer service I've received. I've been dealing with your Company for 12 Years and I don't know what happened, but customer service SUCKS.

I ordered an inkvestment xl cartridge that I was supposed to receive within 1-4 days, $65 and almost 2 weeks later it hasn't even been shipped. I tried to call customer service and after being on hold for 15 minutes it hung up on me. This is the worst customer disservice experience I've ever had!

Defective Printer CARTRIDGES
Ordered Ink Jet Cartridges from them that were defective. Rather than accept they were defective, said it was printer.
After an hour of tests, agreed to replace them. I ask for LD cartridges but sent me the G&G which were defective. Offered me a refund, but insisted cartridges had to be returned in box, but refused to send me on to return them. Said I needed to provide/buy one.
All cartridges were shipped in envelopes.
Required additional time and expense on my part to return them. Told them that their requirement was unreasonable given they had twice sent me defective cartridges.

I ordered 9 Cartridges in OCT 2013..I tried to use a Black Ink & printer refused, because of not exclusive to my fairly new H/P 3520 All-in-one Series..I had 9,& couldn't use one them(BLACK)..I shipped 8 of them back for REFUND, after using your Cartridges for many years..
I never had any trouble before, & was satisfied with your Product...
I paid $9 to ship back & have waited for your response since I mailed back last month, In October..
My previous Customer # was 211****,as I recall. Thanks for your response, & Refund !!!

WRONG CARTRIDGE
I ORDERED A SET OF CARTRIDGES FOR MY PRINTER ONLINE. I DO NOT KNOW WHOSE FAULT IT WAS BUT THEY CAME WRONG.
I WANTED TO EXCHANGE THEM, BUT THE MAN SAID THE PRICE WAS 69.OO . THAT WAS ALMOST 4 TIMES WHAT I PAID FOR THESE. HE SAID THE OTHERS WERE ON SALE. SURE.
THAT IS THE LAST TIME THAT I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
I WOULD NOT BE UPSET IF HE TRIED TO WORK WITH ME, BUT IT SEEMED HE WAS GOING TO TRY TO GET AS MUCH MONEY AS HE COULD FROM ME AND A BAD ATTTITUDE. NO MORE I WILL GO ELSEWHERE.
123 Ink Stinks!
I have used 123inkjets & recommended it in the past but can no longer do so. In the last 3 years I have had to return some 12 cartridges of 123inkjets because my printer won't recognize their cartridges.
I am sick of returning them, I am sick of trying to get them to work...restarting the printer over & over.
They should STOP selling the replacements & only sell stuff that actually works!
They don't even have real Epson cartridges in stock anymore so you have to buy their *** & just return it a day later....because IT DOES NOT WORK! Why do they even bother anymore...if they don't even try to make it right?
I'm telling everyone they don't care anymore & 123Ink STINKS!
123 Inkjets took money did not send cartridges
On 4-7-2008 I ordered 2 ink cartridges from 123 Inkjets .Two days later I received a empty envelope via (UPS) 2nd day air.I have called 123 Inkjets three times and was assured I would be contacted back the next day by a supervisor, that never happened ! My credit card was charged $34.44, still no cartridges and no contact by 123 Inkjets . I guess they are a untruthfull company with a bad customer attitude . Telling everyone I can ,what this company is and not to buy from this company !!!
Save your money and time deal with a truthfull company!

The Company's customer service have taken a dive in quality. After clearly explaining repeatedly that the ink they sent was not what I ordered, they started blaming me for placing the wrong order.
I have ordered the very same type of ink many times and the most recent order was no different. John, Natalie in customer service unable to understand that the mistake was on their part in accurately identifying the ordered cartridge and all I wanted was a correct replacement. return the wrong item at no cost to me.
Judging from the more than half a dozen email response from the customer service responders, I believe they lack product knowledge, and have a low comprehension level of the English language. Frustrating and extremely annoying
