Resolved: Need advice re wha I need by way of toner etc.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I'm a Senior and easily confused by computers.
I think I was confused rather than 'pissed off' with the Ink Company.
I really had no argument or prolem with them. James.
I'm having a dreadful time with my Brother printer HL-L2390DW. I bought it new and it worked well until it ran put of toner.
I duly refilled it with a non-Brother toner - what a mess! But no go.The little window just keeps telling me to "Replace Toner..." No matter what I do, the printer will not print. A pal suggested I should get a drum unit and toner, but as a Senior, I'm utterly confused by the various terms - does he mean, for example I should get a CARTRIDGE already filled with toner? And is the so-called 'drum unit' a separate part of the printer where the cartridge with the toner goes?
I'd be most grateful if you could point me in the most economical direction for what I need from you - on a tight budget, less expensive, NON-Brother components would do me fine.

Recently I have had the cartridges issue, and short after I contacted the customer service they hide me to try different methods to solve the issue. Now I have got my full refund.123

I just print few times. Now it stopped completely.
