I had a great and pleasant time with this company. My reasoning for canceling my subscription today is because I only need this for a one time situation and I have gotten the help I needed.i still just wanted to cancel my subscription. Thank you.

Why it charge me month?
I only chose to open a month, but I don't know why it automatically charged me another month. That's not why I choose it. Can you help me refund back my money to my bank account?

My subscription should have been closed
I was charged again for this I'm subscription that was supposed to be canceled so I went ahead and disputed it with the bank if you guys could either refund or and cancel the subscription this time
