Verified ReviewerCan’t contact company by phone, text, or email
I was trying to send an e-card, and at one point, it asked if I would like to get a reduced subscription for a year for under $20. I tried multiple times with no possibility of even getting to a place that would take my credit card or give me that special offer. There is no phone for customer service.

Verified ReviewerNOT FREE and NOT USER FRIENDLY
First of all, 123 cards is not free. I filled out all that I needed to send the card, and up pops a demand that I enter my credit card information, etc., in order to send the card.
Secondly, I tried to change the email address at least 5 times. No matter what I did, it still used my old email address exclusively. It took me over an hour of trying and I still failed.
Very frustrating experience. I can't wait to unsubscribe, though that might be another struggle.
User's recommendation: Be aware that sending this card might not be free, nor easy.

Verified ReviewerCharged my Paypal account when I did not want to join 123cards.
I was extremely happy with 123card and the response I received. They refunded my money despite the 3 day requirement to cancel.
I didn't notice the message which is actually a scam used by many companies. I will be more aware in the future.

Verified ReviewerCustomer service could not be reached to question a charge on my account. I could not get through to paypal either.
I’m still pissed off. I still can’t talk to a person regarding my issue!
Stay away from this site. It is strictly bogus. Have to pay for connection to a chat bot which is useless.
User's recommendation: Stay away from this site! Send a card through USPS!
Can not contact customer service!!!
How come it is so difficult to contact customer service??? I need a call back ASAP!
I have left my number and I am not interested in holding a conversation over email!!! A company should always have a customer service number to call when customers have issues!!!

Verified ReviewerI can't login to my account to change my email address.
I am unable to reach anyone at 123ecards.com to change my email address. The former email address on my account is no longer active or valid.
I am trying to change my account to my new email address but am unable to do so because I can't login using my former email address. In fact, it doesn't even give me that option (to login), since I am using my new email address. I have a subscription under my former email address that doesn't expire until August 3, 2024. In the meantime, I am unable to send any e-cards because I'm getting a message that I can send free e-cards for 7 days and then I will be charged.
What?! I shouldn't have to pay for another subscription simply because my email address has changed. I tried contracting Customer service via email (rejected because it forced me to use my former, inactive email address) and no one answered the phone number listed, which is evidently their FAX number.
So very frustrating. Unhappy Customer, Elaine

Hi Judith, I’m sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the chance to clarify. We offer a wide selection of ecards, including free Basic cards and Premium cards.
Premium cards are our best cards. They are always displayed in a bigger size and they never have ads next to them in addition to many other benefits. They can be sent for a small one-time fee or as part of a membership, including our trial membership that can be cancelled without charge at any time during the free trial period. Our Basic ecards are free to send without joining a trial or providing payment details.
They’re shown in a smaller size and include ads. You’ll typically find the free Basic cards near the bottom of each category. You can learn more or easily contact us using this page: https://***/help/i-want-to-send-an-ecard/i-dont-see-the-free-option-how-can-i-send-a-card-for-free/ Regarding the email address issue, it’s possible you’re logged in under your old email or that an auto-fill setting is enabled on your device. Changing your email is definitely possible, and we’d only be happy to assist with this.
Please feel free to contact us anytime through the forms in our Help Center or by replying to any email from us.
We always respond and are only happy to help! Best regards, Julie
