Scam!!! Stay away from this company

I paid a lot of money for this service. They make big promises on their website, all of which sound convincing. For my money, I got an automated generic email that told me the 'secret' things to do to move my campaign up to the top pages of Indiegogo so it would be visible. I did all those things, nothing changed. I tried to contact them many times, and got no response ever. After the 10 days with no results and no contact, I received a 'report' - again automated and generic that didn't correspond to my campaign at all, with a list of phony Facebook pages my campaign was featured on. (Phony because every single post had zero engagement but supposedly thousands of followers??) I was scammed big time - I hope this post saves someone else from going down the same road.

10X does a nice job of promoting your project for a price that is much less than the others. I got contacted by many people once my project launched. Others were charging several hundred or even several thousand dollars! 10X was different. They use a system that many experienced crowdfunders take advantage of on Indiegogo. I highly recommend it as long as you understand how their service works. I found positive reviews about them all over, some dating way back to the beginning of crowdfunding. They certainly have a unique way of boosting your project and I don't think most people quite understand how beneficial that can be.

Have contacted them via email and chat. No response in either. They offer no reporting, no solutions, no tips, nothing. I saw no traffic boost to my indiegogo campaign, no funds raised. I guess I have myself to blame for rushing into it. Please stay away unless you want to get ripped off by *** artists. And litter their name over social media if you can. Their website was also included in an indiegogo newsletter email, which I thought was legit. I have contacted indiegogo about this, but they've been equally shady about this. I thought that if indiegogo newsletters mentioned and recommended an agency like 10xcrowdfunding, then it would be legit right? Wrong. Stay away.

these scam artist claim that they are able to boost your indiegogo campaign by paying some money and adding you to there email newsletters that gets sent out to all of there backers, they are supposed to send you and a copy of the newsletter once it get sent out but of course, you get nothing from them at all. There was NO boost in anything! They claim to have 2 customer service reps always online, which if you go to the website you will always see 2 people but you can never in touch with anyone. I waiting for an hour just to see if someone would respond. I get nothing. Stay away from the SCAM Artist!

10x does not have a service for "$1000 dollars" as described in the review. In fact, they charge much less than their competitors do.

This review is obviously a fake and meant to damage their business.
